Our Story

Started with a
Grandmother's Recipe

It started in a small kitchen in Jaipur. Dadi ji would rise before the sun, knead the dough by lamplight, and fry batches of mathri that vanished by noon. Neighbours came knocking. Visitors asked to take boxes home.

That recipe never changed. Only the love grew — from one family to ten thousand homes across India. ChokhaRam is that story: of a flavour so good, it couldn't stay home.
